  • Demonic by Ann Coulter

I just recently finished Ann Coulter‘s “Demonic: How the Liberal Mob Is Endangering America” and highly recommend it. It’s amazingly ironic that it came out just prior to “Occupy Wall Street” because that movement more than anything that could be said affirms the content of the book. After reading Gustave Le Bon Ann realized how [...]

I believe your understanding of the founding documents and the history of this country is proportional to your despair, discontent and anger at what you see happening today. The Nation’s 2010 Report Card for Civics show only 12% of 12th graders are proficient at a 12th grade level. To give you an idea of how [...]

Massachusetts Miricle Suspension

As exciting as this is and as clear a message it would send to congress you can bet that this congress will not care. Not once have they shown any concern for the peoples’ wishes. Campaigning on anti-corruption and transparency we have witnessed unprecedented back-room deals and blatant partisanship, locking out the Republicans, locking out CSPAN and locking out the people. Never in this generation have we witnessed such shady politics as we have with this administration and congress. These are the folks that promised to “change” politics as usual. Instead they have taken it to a new level and what’s worse is they don’t seem to care. It’s our ball now, play by our rules or don’t play… and those rules are subject to change and enforced as a matter of convenience as we will soon see if Brown wins in Massachusetts.

Majority Leader Harry Reid has said he won’t seat the winner of the election until at least after January 29th.
This will allow democrats to ram through their nationalized health care legislation before Scott Brown is seated if he wins on Tuesday.

In contrast, Rep. Niki Tsongas (D-Lowell) was sworn in at the U.S. House of Representatives on Oct. 18, 2007, just two days after winning a special election to replace Martin Meehan. In that case, Tsongas made it to Capitol Hill in time to override a presidential veto of the expansion of the State Children’s Health Insurance Program.

This is a stunning admission by Paul Kirk and the Beacon Hill political machine,” said Brown in a statement. “Paul Kirk appears to be suggesting that he, Deval Patrick, and (Senate Majority Leader) Harry Reid intend to stall the election certification until the health care bill is rammed through Congress, even if that means defying the will of the people of Massachusetts. As we’ve already seen from the backroom deals and kickbacks cut by the Democrats in Washington, they intend to do anything and everything to pass their controversial health care plan. But threatening to ignore the results of a free election and steal this Senate vote from the people of Massachusetts takes their schemes to a whole new level. Martha Coakley should immediately disavow this threat from one of her campaign’s leading supporters.
